Job Overview:


We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and relationships with the media and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, solid background in PR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.

Roles and Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives. Identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape to create impactful campaigns.- Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, social media, print, and events. Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights.- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors. Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.- Collect and analyze data from various marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing efforts.

Interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs).- Define and track relevant KPIs for each campaign, such as conversion rates, click-through rates, return on investment (ROI), engagement levels, and customer acquisition costs.- Generate regular and ad hoc reports that showcase the performance of campaigns. Create visualizations and summaries that communicate complex data to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.- Collaborate with the marketing team to design A/B tests and assess the impact of different campaign variations. Provide insights on which elements drive better results.- Use data insights to provide recommendations for optimizing campaigns. Work with the marketing team to refine targeting, messaging, and other campaign elements.- Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to various initiatives and ensuring optimal return on investment.- Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goals. Provide input to product development based on market feedback.- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team.

Provide guidance, training, and feedback to help team members excel in their roles.

Qualifications and Education:


- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).- Proven experience in marketing roles, with a track record of successful campaign management.- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.- Leadership and team management abilities.- Strong organizational and project management skills.- Strong PR skills- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.- Experience in B2B or B2C marketing is a plus.- Fluent English speaking, reading and writing Compensation:
