Responsibilities:
As the Director of Operations, Transportation Infrastructure, you will play a critical role in building and leading our team, aligning communication and guidelines with broader objectives, and integrating corporate policies into the office operations and culture. You will collaborate closely with the National Account Manager to implement enterprise or region-wide changes locally, including strategies, programs, and other initiatives.Your responsibilities will also include business development and pursuit of new opportunities, with the aim of positioning and differentiating the team in the region to secure more projects and increase market share.
You will work closely with city, state, and regional transportation clients, acting as a project manager in the delivery and oversight of these projects.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years of diversified experience in civil engineering, with specific expertise in transportation infrastructure.- Bachelor's degree required, with technical education in civil engineering or planning preferred but not required. Professional registration is preferred.- Proven experience in leading and delivering significant projects of scale through effective team and budget management.- Experience in relevant facets of planning, design, and construction services for roads, highways, and bridges.- Demonstrated track record of positioning and scaling a business and team for growth, ensuring effective governance at the project and business levels.- Ability to develop effective and trustworthy long-term relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders in the transportation industry.- Proficient in leveraging communication skills both externally (business development, writing proposals, community engagements, stakeholder and partnership development, leading client presentations/meetings) and internally, to drive the development and engagement of strong teams.
