We are currently looking for an experienced Game Producer to join our team, with a strong emphasis on project planning and management.
Role Overview:
As a Game Producer, your primary role will be to facilitate and manage the successful delivery of game projects from concept to launch, including marketing, player acquisition and retention. We are seeking a candidate with a keen eye for meticulous organization, exceptional resource and schedule management, and proficiency in using project management tools to track and report progress in real-time. Simply put, the candidate we are seeking is reliable and detail oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
Ownership of the full game development process including design, development, testing and launch.
Managing and tracking project goals, timelines, resources, and budget with extreme attention to detail.
Utilizing project management software to document, track, and report progress in real-time.
Acting as a primary point of communication, providing frequent status updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
Collaborating cross-functionally with game designers, engineers, artists, and other teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Identifying, communicating, and managing project risks and issues.
Leading agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Managing the resourcing and costs of outsourced game co-development studios in multiple timezones.
Launch and go-live of the games into market, including app and game store listings, player acquisition, onboarding and more.
Creating and managing the LiveOps and content management experience.
Deep experience with the technical development process, including experience testing game builds and providing feedback to the engineering team.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Game Design, Business, Project Management or related field.
Minimum five (5) years of experience as a Game Producer, with proven experience successfully developing and launching games to market.
Strong experience with project management tools like Notion, JIRA, Asana, Trello, or similar.
Deep understanding of game development processes, methodologies, and lifecycle.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and manage challenges.
Flexibility and adaptability to rapid changes in project scope and direction.
Ability to provide clear and concise status updates in real-time.
