As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Success Associate to join our team, with a preference for candidates who have pharmacy technician experience.

Job Summary


As a Customer Success Associate, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the satisfaction and success of our pharmacy and healthcare clients. Your role will involve building strong client relationships, providing exceptional support, and identifying business growth opportunities within the pharmacy and healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities



  • Cultivate enduring relationships with our pharmacy and healthcare clients.

  • Deeply understand client needs and deliver exceptional support to optimize their experience with our AI-enabled solutions.

  • Develop expertise in our AI-enabled workflow and patient engagement software.

  • Educate clients on how our solutions can enhance their pharmacy operations and patient engagement.

  • Utilize your pharmacy technician background to offer valuable insights and support tailored to clients.

  • Guide clients in integrating our AI-enabled products seamlessly into their pharmacy processes.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our solutions to existing clients.

  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to expand our presence within the pharmacy and healthcare sector.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and issues.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure swift resolution of client challenges.

  • Analyze customer data and feedback to uncover trends, areas for improvement, and growth potential.

  • Share actionable insights with internal teams to continually enhance our offerings.

Qualifications & Experience:



  • 2+ years working full-time experience as a pharmacy technician, with a solid understanding of pharmacy and healthcare processes.

  • Previous experience in customer success or account management is highly desirable.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated business development acumen and a knack for spotting revenue growth opportunities.

  • Outstanding problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and data analysis tools.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
