Job Overview:
We are seeking for a Category Manager who will be responsible for handling everything related to the assigned category from vendor relation management, sourcing, price list development, stock performance management, and superior e-merchandising.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Developing and managing strategic relationship with key suppliers / brands / partners- Responsible for healthy P&L of the category and monetization opportunities- Responsible for end to end selection & brand growth for the category - Own and deliver monthly business plans for the category along with, margins and in stock metrics- Analyzing market trends and plan category growth accordingly- Working with cross functional teams to plan growth of category supply, improving supply depth and preventing supplier risk- Ensure category growth through expanding assortment, price leadership, key partnerships and category monetization- Understand and resolve seller issues by working with internal and external teams
Qualifications and Education:
- Bachelor degree in IT or similar field- 5+ years of experience in IT Vendor Management or similar field- Fluent English speaking, reading and writing
