Job Overview:
We are seeking for a Functional Odoo Consultant who will be responsible for assisting businesses in implementing the Odoo ERP system to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and improve efficiency. The chosen candidate will play a vital role in understanding clients' needs, configuring the Odoo system to meet those requirements, and providing ongoing support and maintenance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other departments to understand client's business processes, requirements, and objectives.- Conduct needs analysis and gap assessments to identify how Odoo can address specific business challenges.- Configure and customize the Odoo ERP system to align with clients' business processes and requirements.- Develop and implement modules, workflows, and custom applications as needed.- Assist in data migration from existing systems to Odoo.- Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process.- Create training materials and documentation.- Integrate Odoo with third-party applications, APIs, and databases to streamline data flow and improve business operations.- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to identify and rectify system issues or errors.- Ensure the system performs as expected and meets client requirements.- Address system-related issues, implement updates, and assist with system enhancements.- Maintain detailed records of configurations, customizations, and client-specific requirements.- Create user manuals and system documentation.
Qualifications and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Proven experience in implementing and configuring the Odoo ERP system.- Strong knowledge of Odoo's functional modules (e.g., CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR, Manufacturing).- Proficiency in Python programming is a plus.- Excellent communication skills.- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
