JOB SUMMARY:
We seek to engage a leader who will work with the Regional team to uncover brilliant insights from our data, drive a data-informed decision-making culture across the business and support business leaders across the region and functions to improve our products, customer experience and partner prosperity
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Take Ownership of designing, developing, and maintaining performance metrics, reports & dashboards for the region.
Regularly engage with business unit heads and middle management to understand their data needs and recommend Reporting/Business intelligence solutions
Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation
Proactively develop new metrics and studies to drive a better understanding of user and partner behavior and areas of improvement for our products
Standardize data and report consumption across all employee levels within the region
Drive a data literacy culture within the business in the region
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
▪ Advanced Proficiency in Power BI or similar visualization tools▪ Proficiency in SQL, ETL management, and data modelling▪ Experience with statistical modelling and analyzing large datasets

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
▪B.Sc Degree or its equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field.
EXPERIENCE
▪3+ years experience in BI, Data Engineering or Financial Anaylst roles▪ Experience working in a startup will be considered an advantage
Compensation:
