About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Analystto join our team. As a Research Analyst, you will play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support our talent consulting services. Your insights and recommendations will empower our clients to make strategic decisions that improve their HR processes and overall business performance.
You will be asked to:
Conduct comprehensive research on various HR-related topics, including talent acquisition, workforce development, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Gather data through surveys, interviews, and secondary research methods to compile meaningful insights.
Analyze data using statistical tools and software to identify trends and patterns.
Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards that communicate research findings and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
Collaborate with HR consultants and other team members to design research strategies tailored to meet client needs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and data analysis to provide innovative solutions.
Assist in the development of research methodologies and data collection instruments.
Maintain data integrity and confidentiality in compliance with data protection regulations.
Participate in client meetings to present research findings and answer questions.
You will bring with you:
Must-haves
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Human Resources, Business, or Data Science.
Proven experience in research and data analysis, preferably in the HR field or consulting industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-haves
Knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends is a plus.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as SPSS, R, or Python is a plus.
Proficiency with data visualisation software, such as PowerBI, Looker, or similar is a plus.
