The Role
As a Business Development Representative at Nirvana Health, you will be at the forefront of our mission to transform mental health care. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to our overall growth strategy. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to increase our market presence and achieve financial growth.
Responsibilities
Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.
Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for the next steps.
Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook.
Utilize CRM tools to prospect into specific geographic territories and sectors.
What we're seeking
Must Have
2+ years of sales/business development experience
Proven track record of establishing and growing successful business relationships.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with CRM software and relevant prospecting tools
Nice to Have
An understanding of the healthcare industry, with a focus on mental health and insurance solutions, is preferred.
Past experience with an early-stage company
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of establishing and growing successful business relationships.
Ability to work inndependently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
