About the role
All The Hires is looking for an A+ account manager who is driven, responsible, and a high-impact player to join our growing team. The role requires developing and maintaining complex relationships with organizations, a proven track record of successful customer engagements, and a willingness to embrace change.You will set the bar for operational excellence within our organization by developing and executing strategies to expand accounts effectively. We believe strongly in our value proposition of aligning incentives with our customers.
You will bring it to life by cultivating strong relationships with key decision-makers. You will have the opportunity to help build All The Hires’s Account Management organization and define the sales strategy that fuels our growth!
What you'll do
Manage all post-sales activity for All The Hires’s customers through strong relationship-building, our service offering knowledge, and putting the customer’s happiness above all leading to repeated business, expansion, and advocacy
Increase customer engagement by conducting regular check-in calls, performing in-person business reviews with leadership, and maintaining a firm understanding of all activities between All The Hires’s talent team and customers
Become a trusted partner and advocate of our customers by being transparent in demonstrating ROI and providing guidance for success
Work closely with the talent team to create a plan for each customer’s success with All The Hires
Work closely with management and talent team on the identification of improvements to product and customer interactions
Act as the voice of the customer to provide feedback on how All The Hires can better serve our customers
What we're seeking
Must have
3+ years in a sales / account management / customer success position within a talent-related domain
Proven track record of attracting new business to the organisation through relationship-building and continued support
Excellent English

Proactive problem-solving skills with an eagerness to fix inefficiencies
