Senior Product Manager

At EngineEars, we're looking for a dynamic Product Manager who not only possesses a deep understanding of product management but also has the design skills to create and visualize product concepts using Figma. This unique role combines the art of product strategy and user experience design, allowing you to drive the vision and execution of our innovative music platform.
Today, we've processed $2,500,000+ in projects booked on the platform and we're on pace to fundamentally change the way creatives make music. We'd love to have you join us.

What you'll do



  • Product Strategy: Develop a product roadmap and strategy that aligns with the company's goals, user needs, and market trends.

  • User-Centric Design: Leverage your design skills to create wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces in Figma that translate product concepts into visually appealing and user-friendly experiences.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, QA, and other teams to define, prioritize, and communicate product requirements and ensure successful product development.

  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the music tech industry.

  • User Feedback: Collect user feedback, conduct usability testing, and iterate on product designs to continually improve user satisfaction.

  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use data and analytics to make informed decisions about product improvements and new feature development.

  • Product Vision: You have a strong product vision and can communicate it effectively to the team.

  • Design Skills: Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools is essential. Your design work should demonstrate a deep understanding of user experience principles.

  • Collaborative Mindset: You thrive in cross-functional teams and can effectively collaborate with engineers and designers to bring your product concepts to life.

  • Analytical Thinking: You can analyze data and use it to make data-driven product decisions.

What you’ll bring day 1



  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager with a strong background in product design using Figma or other design tools.

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Musical background or previous work with music

Compensation:



  • Competitive base salary in the range of $120,000 -> $160,000

  • Additional Compensation: Performance-based bonuses
