- A minimum of 15 years of diversified experience in civil engineering, with a specialization in transportation infrastructure.- Proven leadership in delivering significant projects through effective team and budget management.- Proficiency in planning, design, and construction services for roads, highways, and bridges.- Strategic, growth-focused leadership with a track record of business and team scaling.- Established relationships within the transportation industry, including local networks and relevant partners.- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Education:


- Bachelor’s degree required, with technical education in civil engineering or planning preferred (Professional Engineer registration desired).
