Key Responsibilities:

Development of Implementation Models:
Lead the development of comprehensive implementation models for each project, covering deployment and plan definition, scheduling of implementation phases, effective communication, user acceptance training, project management, and reporting.

Team Management:
Manage cross-functional implementation teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with project objectives. Provide ongoing analysis of project progress, plans, templates, outcomes, and lessons learned.

Post-Implementation Audits:
Conduct thorough post-implementation audits to evaluate the success of the implemented solutions, identifying areas for improvement and refining future strategies.

Client Communications:
Ensure clear and effective client communications throughout the implementation process, building and maintaining strong client relationships. Deliver weekly reports to enhance transparency and provide insights into project status.

Travel and Flexibility:
Be prepared for domestic travel to support account migrations. International travel may be considered based on individual assessments, highlighting the dynamic nature of the role.

Project Status Meetings:
Conduct regular project status meetings, meticulously following up on action items to maintain project momentum and address any challenges that may arise.

Collaboration with Program Manager:
Work closely with the Program Manager to streamline project workflows, enhance efficiency, and contribute to the overall success of the projects.
