Product Designer (w PM Responsibilities)

Your Design-Centric Responsibilities



  • Product Design Leadership: Develop a product roadmap and strategy that seamlessly integrates cutting-edge design elements, aligning with company goals, user needs, and market trends.

  • Design Mastery: Utilize your design skills to create captivating wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces in Figma, translating product concepts into visually stunning and user-friendly experiences.

  • Collaborative Design Approach: Work closely with engineering, QA, and other teams, effectively defining, prioritizing, and communicating design-focused product requirements for successful product development.

  • Aesthetic Market Insights: Conduct market research and competitor analysis with a keen eye for design trends, identifying opportunities to lead in the dynamic music tech industry.

  • User-Centric Feedback Loop: Collect user feedback, conduct usability testing, and iteratively enhance product designs to continually elevate user satisfaction through a design-first approach.

  • Data-Driven Design Decisions: Use data and analytics to inform and guide design-driven decisions, steering product improvements and the development of new visually appealing features.

Your Design-Driven DNA



  • Design-Infused Product Vision: Communicate a robust product vision with a seamless integration of design elements into the team's collective understanding.

  • Design Maestro: Showcase proficiency in Figma or similar design tools, emphasizing a deep understanding of user experience principles and a passion for creating visually captivating designs.

  • Collaborative Design Mindset: Flourish in cross-functional teams, seamlessly collaborating with engineers and designers to breathe life into your design-centric product concepts.

  • Analytical Design Thinking: Apply analytical thinking to dissect data, leveraging it to make informed and design-focused product decisions.

What you'll come with Day 1



  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Product Designer with a strong background in product design using Figma or other design tools.

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Musical background or previous work with music

Compensation



  • Competitive base salary in the range of $100,000 - $150,000

  • Additional Compensation: Performance-based bonuses, equity compensation
