Key Responsibilities:
Implement, manage, and moderate community-building programs across social media platforms such as Twitter and Reddit, fostering engagement within the renewable energy community.
Embrace and amplify the Aeir brand voice and core values, ensuring alignment with our mission to empower consumers in the renewable energy landscape.
Contribute to the planning, execution, and maintenance of social media posts that highlight our innovative use of Web3 and blockchain technology.
Collaborate on the development of a social media compliance framework, ensuring our communications reflect our commitment to transparency and sustainability.
Assist in implementing an email marketing program that educates and involves our community in the renewable energy revolution.
Identify and monitor community metrics relevant to the renewable energy and blockchain space, providing insights to enhance our impact.
Engage and collaborate with the community, overseeing digital events that showcase our commitment to renewable energy, such as competitions and AMAs.
Monitor community engagement, collect feedback, and propose areas for improvement that align with our mission.
Essential Requirements:
Proven experience in growing and managing communities within the renewable energy, Web3, or blockchain space.
Active and engaged user of various social media platforms.
Hands-on expertise with Twitter, Reddit, Instagram, Discord, and TikTok.
Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and flexible environment.
Experience in navigating sensitive topics, ensuring a balance between supporting the community and adhering to regulatory and legal requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at a native/fluent level.
