About the Role
The EDI Developer will play a crucial role in building and managing EDI integrations for our disruptive startup in the transportation sector.
Responsibilities
Develop EDI integrations by creating guides, mappings to internal APIs, and conducting end-to-end testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration processes.
Engage with customers through emails, kick-offs, and troubleshooting calls.
Oversee program management activities to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues.
Address and resolve issues related to existing integrations promptly.
Tackle any problems that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Qualifications
4+ years experience working with EDI's
Proficiency in any EDI middleware software with a preference for transportation related EDI (204, 210, 211, 214, 990, 997)
Extremely organized with the ability to track multiple issues going on at any given point in time
Experience building EDI documentation
Customer service orientation: ability to solve tough technical problems with several external parties
Startup experience a plus!

Compensation Range
