About the role
As a Recruiter at Taptap Send, you will play a crucial role in our growth and success. By ensuring that we attract, select, and onboard the right talent, you will contribute to our mission of improving lives through technology. You'll own and enhance the day-to-day administrative support of our Talent Acquisition team.
What you'll do
Identify and source candidates through various channels
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and team interviewers from initial call through virtual onsite interviews
Provide a world class candidate experience by ensuring clear communication and responsiveness as the main point of contact for all interviews
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to meet hiring goals
Keep our ATS up to date and clean (Lever)
What we're seeking
2-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition function
Proficiency in sourcing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Job Location
This role can be based in any of the following locations: New York City, NY; London, United Kingdom; or Remote in the United States, the United Kingdom, or EU.
