We are seeking a talented growth marketer to join our team on a part-time basis (10 hours per week). In this role, you will be responsible for ideating, running, analyzing, and reporting on experiments to increase conversion rates and other important metrics on our website.
Primary Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates through A/B and multivariate testing
Design, build, and run conversion rate optimization experiments
Analyze experiment results translate findings into actionable recommendations
Create reports and presentations to communicate experiment findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in CRO and experimentation
Requirements:
Experience successfully optimizing conversion rates through experimentation
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Google Analytics and A/B testing tools
Highly creative and innovative thinker
Resourceful self-starter who can manage multiple experiments simultaneously
Passionate about website optimization and experimentation
