- The annual base pay range for this role is between $120,000.00 and $180,000.00 CAD + benefits, + profit-sharing.
Call of Duties:
- Implementing game features and systems using Unity/C#.
- Managing and mentoring a team of engineers, helping them to meet their development goals and ensuring that quality and scheduling targets are met.
- Collaborating closely with designers and artists to bring the game's vision to life.
- Establishing and enforcing clear coding best practices and leading regular code reviews to ensure the quality and maintainability of the codebase.
- Participating in all phases of the project, from concept to maintenance.
- Creating and maintaining technical design documents.

Unlocked Abilities:
- Experience leading and managing engineering teams in the game development industry.
- Strong development experience in Unity
- Experience bringing multiple game titles to ship and beyond.
- Strong knowledge of software design techniques, performance, and memory constraints of game software.
- Experience working with Agile development methods.
- Experience with Git/Github
- Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver high-quality, bug-free releases.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
