About the Role
As the Creative Marketing Manager at Beyond Finance, you will be at the forefront of our creative marketing efforts, overseeing projects from conception to execution. You will be responsible for project management, creative leadership, and fostering a collaborative environment within the team. In addition, you will play a critical role in documenting best practices, conducting audits of competitor marketing material, and leading various strategic projects as required.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle for creative marketing initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Provide creative direction, guidance, and feedback to the creative team, inspiring them to deliver high-quality and innovative marketing materials.
- Develop and maintain documentation of best practices for creative processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency in creative workflows.
- Conduct regular competitor audits to identify industry trends, benchmark against competitors, and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Strategy & Operations, and Sales, to ensure alignment and integration of creative strategies with overall business goals.
- Manage and coordinate multiple creative projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.
- Other tasks and projects as required.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years experience in creative marketing with an emphasis on design and project management, ideally in the consumer finance industry.
- A strong creative vision and the ability to provide clear creative direction.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines and resources.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with competitor analysis and market research.
- A passion for creativity and the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
