This role is responsible for the evaluation of trainees for effectiveness of training and individual employee growth. We are seeking an individual that has a passion for mentoring and teaching others. The Sales Specialist must be highly organized, analytical and proficient with a variety of technologies.
Essential Functions
- Conducts training sessions covering specified areas such as new-hire training, on-the job training and refresher training.
- Coordinates training schedules with the hiring and training demands of new hires.
- Tests trainees to measure progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training.
- Reports on progress of employees under guidance during training periods.
- Identifies employee knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Helps to foster an environment of continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork by increasing team efficiency and enhancing work quality.
- Build rapport and establish great working relationships with the training team and leadership teams across the organization.

- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities that requires strong project management and decision-making capabilities.

Additional Details
- This position requires a schedule of 9am-5pm CST to support traditional training hours when assigned to a new hire class. Hours may be flexible if the trainer is not supporting a new hire class.
- This is a salaried role and additional hours may be required outside of the standard training hours to allow for preparation of training materials
