As the Head of Product for PMG’s Alli Technology, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our technology organization. This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for technology and marketing, adept at creating and leading high-performing teams, and excelling in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and integration of new features into the Alli platform, managing the product team, and contributing to our overall investment strategy to ensure growth and market leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement product strategies aligned with the company's vision and market demands.
- Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products, including the use of generative AI, LLMs and other data science models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
- Actively participate in shaping the company’s investment strategies by identifying and evaluating new technologies and potential investments.
- Collaborate with the finance and executive teams to allocate resources efficiently.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond, ensuring products meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, engineering, and other departments to ensure product success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, consulting, co-founder or related technical role
- Excellent communication, presentation skills as well as conference / sales pitch experience for marketing technology
- Deep understanding of both technology and digital marketing trends and the ability to leverage them in product development.
- Strategic thinking with an analytical approach to problem-solving.
