About the Role:


As a NetSuite Administrator, your day-to-day duties involve configuring and maintaining the software so CyberFortress can maximize its workflow and achieve its business goals. It’s a role that requires excellent versatility, combining all the traits of a savvy business guru with a technical specialist. You must be familiar with using NetSuite’s native tools to create, integrate, and maintain high-performing dashboards that can be tailored to business needs. You will be expected to ensure the backend functions properly, be able to translate a user-friendly, customizable, and accessible dashboard, provide on-going technical support for all members of the team, and finally, have a firm grasp of the trends affecting the industry.

You’ll need a calm head with a knack for problem-solving, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with your team.

Responsibilities:


  • Administering the NetSuite platform
  • Engaging with end users to grasp business necessities, thus allowing the most effective solutions to issues
  • Providing technical assistance to end-users, along with holding training sessions on user adoption
  • Managing the implementation process for NetSuite modules as the business adopts them
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for all NetSuite-related questions, issues, and requests
  • Handling customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner, escalating to management when necessary
  • Configuring and maintaining NetSuite user accounts, permissions, and security settings

Qualifications:


  • NetSuite Administrator certifications preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • Three-to-five years of experience with NetSuite customizations and data mitigation
  • Extensive experience as a business systems analyst
  • Fully efficient in custom record types, fields, forms, roles, permissions, page layouts, searches, reports, and the NetSuite data model
  • Can demonstrate experience with CRM or ERP systems
  • Exception oral and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking is required
