As we continue expanding our reach and offerings, we seek a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to drive growth in the DeFi and Web3 ecosystem for our products.
The Opportunity:
Join Trust Machines as the inaugural Product Marketing Manager, pioneering our marketing efforts for millions of Bitcoin users. You will tell our story externally, create compelling narratives to grow and retain paying users and lead impactful product launches. The Product Marketing Manager will lead our growth efforts and report to the VP of Product. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing projects from start to finish with deep experience in customer data analysis. They should have developed multiple lifecycle programs at scale, conducted several A/B tests, and launched new lifecycle channels from scratch.
What You'll Do:
- Go-to-Market - Lead go-to-market development and execution of new product launches. Develop and lead successful product launches and measure the performance of product marketing campaigns.
- Customer Insights - Advocate for the customer by gathering their feedback and using it to inform and drive product messaging, brand differentiation, and marketing content.
- Lifecycle Marketing - Carry out multiple aspects of the product marketing lifecycle, from branding and positioning to targeted outreach and segmentation strategy, education and engagement campaigns, and ecosystem partnerships.
- Collaboration - Work cross-functionally with product, business development, design, communications, and support to build our pipeline and improve conversion rates.
- SEO - Lead our product’s Organic Search strategy, aligning with our target audience segments and use cases to drive organic growth.
- Competitive Analysis - Conduct market research to gather data on target markets, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Use market research to inform compelling positioning, inform product strategy, and identify growth opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience (6+ years) in Product Marketing, Lifecycle / Growth Marketing, or Product Management
- Must have knowledge and understanding of SEO principals
- Passionate about delivering results, with the ability to adapt to different levels of responsibility, whether it's a large-scale creative project or refining copy for a blog post.
- Experience crafting & implementing consumer segmentation based on product insights, customer demographics, attitudes, and behaviors
- Demonstrated track record of framing customer-oriented campaigns to steer new customer acquisition, deepen engagement, and solidify retention
- Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Segment, GA)
- Can communicate and efficiently involve all stakeholders to secure buy-in, develop strategies, and incorporate feedback

What We Offer:
- Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Trust Machines also include equity + token incentives + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)). Pay Range: $140,000-165,000 USD
