Pair Eyewear is seeking a Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing to drive our customer relationship strategy with a specialized focus on personalization and contact strategy. The ideal candidate will be an expert in using CRM tools and analytics to create personalized customer experiences and develop contact strategies that engage customers across multiple channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of customer data, behavior analysis, loyalty program strategy, and marketing automation tools to drive customer KPIs.

What You’ll Do:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive lifecycle strategies focused on personalization and customer engagement, aiming to maximize customer lifetime value, enhance loyalty, and improve unique repeat rate.
  • Develop and manage International Expansion initiatives, including list growth, customer activation, triggered CRM flows, and wholesale projects.
  • Utilize advanced analytics to understand customer needs and preferences, tailoring contact strategies across email, SMS, Direct Mail, onsite and other channels.
  • Lead implementation and optimization of the enterprise loyalty and Refer A Friend program 
  • Lead the planning and execution of targeted marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation, behavior analysis, and predictive modeling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, creative, product, and engineering to integrate CRM strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CRM initiatives, adjusting strategies based on performance data and market trends.
  • Stay abreast of the latest technologies and trends in CRM, personalization, and customer engagement, recommending improvements and innovations.

Who You Are: 


  • Results-driven individual with experience in CRM automation and loyalty programs.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborative team player able to work with cross-functional partners.
  • Analytical and creative individual; you see connections between your work holistically across the business and find creative ways of approaching problems with expertise in customer data analysis, segmentation, and predictive modeling.
  • Nimble problem solver able to tackle heart-of-the-business strategic questions, develop informed strategies, communicate them effectively, and drive alignment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Appetite and capacity to build a new muscle from the ground up, establishing the processes, deliverables, cross-functional relationships from a blank page.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on optimization and expansion.
  • Comfortable in a flat corporate structure within a high-growth company.

Need to Have: 


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in CRM, with a proven track record of developing and (hands-on) implementing successful personalization and contact strategies.
  • Deep DTC-specific experience analyzing customer behavior and building communications across all 1:1 touchpoints.
  • Extensive hands on experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools, with a deep understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of CRM best practices, trends, and technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, measure ROI, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient at HTML. You will not be coding templates from scratch but will need to edit/adjust/optimizes components
  • Proven experience growing an engaged customer database and experience setting strategies to optimize data capture

Nice to Have:


  • Platform experience: Klayvio, Shopify, Yotpo 
  • DTC to omni-channel experience is a plus
  • Previous experience scaling a high growth DTC brand
  • International expansion experience

At Pair, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The pay range for this position is expected to be between $127,000 - $144,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
