WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🌟


We are on the lookout for our first dedicated Senior Content Designer who will play a significant role in establishing UX writing standards at Manychat.You will report directly to Tim, our Head of Design, who previously led UX and HMI at Arrival, revolutionizing the commercial vehicle industry.This is a product role, not marketing-related. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled individual who can own user-centric content design for the Instagram-related area of the product — Manychat’s biggest money-maker.In addition to the exciting challenges and opportunities of this role, you will have the chance to:

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀


  • Product Responsibility: Own content for the Instagram-related area of the product and be responsible for everything the users read after they sign up: onboarding, product tutorials, guides and pricing.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Design, Research, Product, Localization, Sales and other teams to ensure that product content strategy aligns with the rest of the business.
  • Measurable Impact: Contribute to and be responsible for impact of the content, which is part of Product Design at Manychat and shares the same KPIs.
  • Content Expert: Be the go-to person for content expertise at Manychat.
  • Hiring and Mentorship: interview, lead and mentor other Content Designers, when the time is right to hire more team members.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING đź’Ą


Must haves:


  • Highly Competent Content Design IC: Significant experience in content design, UX writing, or equivalent fields.
  • XFT Communications: Experience closely collaborating with people in various product and business roles.
  • Metrics and Data: Demonstrated understanding of how success in content design is measured.
  • Holistic Product Expert: Experience in aligning content strategy for one product area with the others, as well as with the larger business goals.
  • Presentation and Argumentation: Experience in presenting content design and clearly articulating your decisions to various stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English.

Nice to haves:


  • Ideally, you’re based in Barcelona, London, or Amsterdam, or are willing to relocate to Barcelona. It’s also possible to be initially based elsewhere in Europe and travel to Barcelona occasionally.
  • You’ll be expected to spend some time in person with your colleagues weekly.
