Over the past year, we've disbursed loans worth millions of dollars in loans to thousands of businesses. In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital).
The Role:
Razorpay is looking for a sales manager who can drive growth & penetration in the Enterprise ecosystem for the Source to Pay/Vendor Payout product. The person would be leading a team of 5+ energetic sales ninjas and be tasked with enabling millions of large enterprises in India to adopt Razorpay's full stack payments platform that is reimagining money movement needs for businesses in the country.
Incumbent would also be collaborating closely with cross-functional partners in envisioning a robust product roadmap for the SME segment. The role would provide opportunities to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever-changing business climate.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of Razorpay core products via successful completion of required sales.
- Training program, and utilize this knowledge to successfully lead the regional sales function.
- Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets.
- Developing and maintaining a relationship with the clients.
- Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target regional markets.
- Representing Razorpay at conferences and networking events.
- Domestic travel - up to 60%.
- Work effectively with internal support departments (Sales, Marketing and Product Development) to develop effective sales strategies that promote sales to new and existing customers.
- Continuously research and remain knowledgeable of industry trends and competition.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Experience of 4 to 6 years in sales roles preferably within the payments industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven sales experience in specified territories and verticals.
- Able to drive customer centricity in the team.
- Quick learner, adaptable to changing business needs.
- The role involves extensive domestic traveling and hence candidates need to be prepared for the same.
- Experience in B2B/Enterprise Sale stakeholder management and team management.
