About the opportunity:
- The right candidate for this position will partner alongside our Product and Engineering teams to resolve customer and developer community issues via email, live chat, and video conferencing
- Inform product strategy, write documentation, and develop open-sourced solutions/applications for the Rockset developer community based on customer interactions
- Develop open-sourced solutions/applications and host live workshops with customer base
- The ability to work independently and contribute directly in a rapidly growing environment and with an early-stage technical product

You'd be a great fit, if:
- You're a natural communicator and delight in using those skills to help others
- You’re able to communicate complex technical topics to customers of varying technical skill levels
- Have proficient working knowledge of SQL
- You’re experienced in writing developer documentation to communicate technical topics in a clear and concise matter
- Have experience in a support or other service-oriented customer facing role, and enjoy solving many small problems per day
- Have a natural curiosity to develop a deep and contextual understanding of things
- Preferred: History or experience in Data Analytics, Data Warehouse/Lake, Real-Time/Streaming, or Business Analytics space
- Preferred: Experience using cloud service providers
- Preferred: Demonstrable experience using any of the following: Java, Python, JavaScript, Node.js
- Preferred: Demonstrable experience in data modeling and database migration to NoSQL
