Our product is our pride, it is designed to perfection 😍 And actually it was our product designers that designed the website that we have today www.teamtailor.com... but they have to focus on our product and our 140k users.So...We are now looking for someone to
lead the design of Teamtailor.com and everything visually related to our brand.
Its not a small task 😁 as it could be anything from digital campaigns, landing pages, pdfs for our sales team or even the new Teamtailor T-shirt and maybe even some offline stuff.
Or, in other words helping our team preach our vision and our essence by magical visual things 😍. To get a feel of who we are we have summarized our essence here 🙏.We are aiming to build a full-stack marketing team and you will play a super important role in this team. One developer, one copywriter, one designer, and a team working with performance marketing... you are the missing link to make this team complete 🤗We believe that you have:
- Proven work experience as a web designer
- Worked with digital marketing campaigns
- Excellent visual design skills
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS
- Understanding of current online marketing concepts/strategies
- Experience/understanding of SEO, Email marketing, and social media campaigns
- Interest in the latest web trends, techniques and technologies
