What You’ll Be Doing


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Operations Manager to join the Global Marketing and Growth function. This role will oversee the operational aspects of our product marketing initiatives, combining some of the responsibilities of a Project Manager and a Program Manager. The Product Marketing Operations Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution and delivery of strategic marketing projects and programs.

What You’ll Be Doing


  • Manage the end-to-end operational aspects of product marketing initiatives, including project planning, resource allocation and timeline management for both B2C and B2B across our CeFi (Centralized Finance) and Web3 business lines, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and market dynamics.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product marketing initiatives, liaising with internal stakeholders, including Product Managers, Marketing Managers, and Sales teams, to gather requirements and define project scope.
  • Support the execution of product marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and marketing strategy.
  • Oversee the coordination of creative assets and content creation processes, working closely with design, content, and video production teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and potential risks.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize project management processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity within the product marketing team.
  • Collaborate with other Senior Operations Managers across Local Markets, Content, Design and Brand to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices across the marketing organization.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for the product marketing team, promoting collaboration and fostering a positive work environment within the organization.

What We Look For In You


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in Marketing, Project Management or Operations roles within the technology industry, preferably in a product or integrated marketing capacity.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional marketing projects and programs, from conception to execution.
  • Good understanding of integrated marketing and how to partner with channel owners. High level knowledge of best practices of each main marketing channel.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with global teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and collaboration platforms.
  • Familiarity with Product team workflows is a plus.
  • Knowledge and passion for cryptocurrency tech and industry.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin will be required as the role involves interacting with internal stakeholders based in our Chinese offices.
