About the Role


We’re looking for a self-motivated finance analyst with a strong commercial analytical ability to join our FP&A team. The role will support Head of Finance with budgeting and forecasting process for the company, together with regular analysis of financial performance.This role is a great opportunity for the right talented individual to: 1) Build on your financial skills & experience within an exciting and growing finance team and company.2) Develop a deep understanding of the technology strategy behind an exciting tech growth story.3) Be part of a transformative finance function.

What You'll Bring


  • A deep and genuine interest in Behavox as demonstrated by a connection to its mission, marketplace and/or technologies
  • 3+ years of business finance or other relevant experience (preferably in a SAAS company)
  • Financial modeling skills & experience with the proven ability to build well-grounded forecasts and reporting forms
  • Ability to work with complex data structures to extract, manipulate, and analyze financial and operational data
  • Tech-Savviness as well as being a fast-learner, able to grasp new concepts and technologies for finance, self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills

What You'll Do


  • Build financial forecasts and reports
  • Work with complex datasets and use it to provide insights and improve analysis accuracy
  • Provide valuable insights to business leaders by preparing management reporting package, including Plan/Actual analysis
  • Use a wide range of technical tools to solve financial modeling problems and bringing innovative solutions
  • Collaborate effectively within a team, possessing strong interpersonal communication
