What You’ll Be Doing: 


We’re looking for a Clinical Peer Review Lead. This position is part of the Clinical Excellence team and oversees the peer review process as well as clinical chart audits for contracted providers at Grow Therapy.  You’ll be part of a remote-friendly team of clinicians and operations associates, reporting directly to our Head of Clinical Excellence. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Oversee the peer review framework at Grow, including chart audits, peer review, and aggregate data review.
  • Lead a team of contracted pool of therapist and NP chart auditors.
  • Partner with our revenue cycle management team to ensure compliance with payor audits.

Salary range: $90,843 - $136,562

You’ll Be a Good Fit If: 


  • You have strong expertise reviewing documentation in outpatient behavioral health. 
  • You have at least 3 years experience in quality improvement, peer review or chart auditing in behavioral health (preferably outpatient).  
  • Must hold an active Master’s level clinical license (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC/LPC) in any state 
  • You’re proficient in Google sheets (required)
  • You have strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ideas, prioritize, scope, document, and communicate a clear plan of action 
  • You have 1+ year of experience leading and supporting others
