What We Do
As a Deployment Strategist, you'll work as part of a team of Privacy Engineers and Product Managers to deploy Ethyca's Governance Operating System, Fides to solve the most challenging problem our world faces. Your mission is to synthesize business needs into a cohesive set of requirements across your client base by forming an understanding of the most important problem and the most effective integration points to maximize the impact of Ethyca's technology for our clients, users and the general public.
Deployment Strategists are leaders who immerse themselves in our clients' business processes, data, and software infrastructure as partners with their clients, identifying the critical issues, designing the best path forward and solving their most pressing governance challenges to enable data and AI-driven growth. In this role, the problems you'll tackle will require strong program and project management capabilities, a curious and analytical mindset, a sharp intuition for product, and a strong degree of empathy for non-technical and technical clients to empower them to user our technology with maximum impact.
No problems or clients are are the same, but as a Deployment Strategist you can expect to:
- Own your client engagements end-to-end from C-suite strategic relationships to tactical execution across technical and non-technical teams.
- Meet with your clients to understand their critical priorities and greatest pain points.
- Develop a clear understanding of requirements and build the deployment and integration plan.
- Identify and coordinate with relevant stakeholders and integration teams to assure the successful integration of Fides.
- Work with clients to build bespoke integrations, product features and capabilities.
- Lead training sessions to ensure that the product is meeting user needs, and to ensure it is being used widely enough to have maximum impact.
- Present the results of our work and recommendations on data privacy and governance matters on an ongoing basis.
- Build and deliver product demonstrations to new and existing clients.
- Act as a product strategist sitting between clients and internal product and engineering teams to make insight-driven platform improvements to Fides.
- Scope out potential deployment engagements with new clients and in new industries as Ethyca expands.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, computer science or a related technical field.
- Experience in a related field, such as consulting, program or product management.
- Exceptional time, task, and resource management skills.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and project/program and product management tools.
- Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
- Willingness to continue building skills through educational opportunities.
