Our employees around the world are focusedon delivering enduring value for our clients.Sales Coordinator is the role in the sales team in APAC to support multiple activities across sales internal system and document work, key account service support and marketing field activities and document work given the specifical regional business and resource situation.RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute the assigned China regulation policy service work to the key account:

  • a) Work with content team and send the weekly base regulation update list to account contact
  • b) Generate the quarterly report with the support of content team and host the meeting with account contact
    • Assist sales rep assigned by AVP sales on the internal document works on Sales Force or offline such as NDA, vendor information document, vendor code, contract etc.
    • Assist AVP and/or assigned sales rep on the Sales Force data maintenance.
    • Execute the field marketing operation work such as document generation, event execution etc.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • University degree (advanced degree preferred) in Business or English language or marketing or related fields.
    • Similar sales/marketing/legal work experience is preferred.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • General office environment and responsibilities requiring: 
    • Extensive use of the computer which involves viewing a monitor and keyboarding for most of the workday. 
    • Placing and receiving phone calls 
    • Occasionally moving and lifting objects up to 20 pounds 
    • May require occasional travel as needed.
