About This Role


The CIS Intern holds a pivotal role in supporting the CIS team to accomplish their objectives and ensuring seamless operations within the channel sales department.This individual is tasked with fostering the growth of our CIS business, encompassing data analytics, marketing campaigns, and corporate outreach. We seek a candidate who thrives in a VUCA environment, demonstrates innovative thinking, and is comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will exhibit confidence in challenging the status quo, generating growth-oriented ideas, conducting experiments, analyzing outcomes, and driving successful initiative implementations.As a CIS Intern, your key objectives will be to:

  • Take charge of strategic initiatives aimed at advancing our key performance indicators, specifically reducing churn, increasing ARPU, and boosting transactions.
  • Organize and lead ad hoc offline engagement events such as CIS Roadshows in company lobbies.
  • Independently execute operational tasks through collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strategize and implement corporate outreach and engagement with existing companies to enhance revenue and transactions.
  • Provide valuable insights and recommendations by conducting thorough research, analysis, and employing business case thinking. This role presents an excellent opportunity to make a substantial impact, as successful outputs may directly or indirectly influence business decisions.
  • Undertake other ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required by the team.

Job Requirements


We are looking for passionate individuals who:

  • Good command of English
  • Strong aptitude for problem-solving, decision making through data analysis and troubleshooting issues with the ability to organize and prioritize work
  • Comfortable with Powerpoint and Excel
  • Ability to collaborate across functional teams and communicate ideas clearly. Example Marketing team with CRM ideas
  • Comfortable with engaging external partners
  • Adept to fast-paced working environments
