You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the facilities, including but not limited to, finance, sales, marketing, conference center bookings, personal training, and operations. You will also be accountable for helping to develop our processes, programs, and people to ensure we achieve our goal. The ideal candidate is someone who can develop collaborative partnerships, create and launch new programs, and enhance the overall tenant experience.
How You'll Do It
- Foster client relationships with corporate partners in the building
- Oversight of customer (member) satisfaction and engagement
- Drive membership growth through sales outreach and partnerships with tenants in the building
- Drive revenue growth in all areas, including but not limited to, conference centers, membership, nutritional counseling, semi-private and personal training.
- Manage all client relations for corporate partners within the building.
- Manage all day-to-day operations of the fitness center, conference centers, and other amenity spaces
- Partner with events team to plan and execute on periodic wellness events
- Assist in the development of client outreach communications and marketing tools
- Responsible for site budget and presenting monthly financial reports
- Participate in regularly scheduled meetings with building management to review success metrics
- Oversee marketing strategy of all programs and offerings to tenants of building
- Onboard, manage, train and develop on-site staff
- Support the Operations Team with other projects and tasks related to increasing client engagement and member experience

Desire Skills + Experience
- Experience in the wellness or hospitality industry
- Previous management or supervisory experience
- Group fitness certification(s) preferred but not required
- Previous experience creating budgets and reading P&L reports
- Proficient in Google suite and MS Office (Word and Excel)Experience in the real estate industry is preferred, but not required
