About This Role


As a Head of Phygital you are involve in a wide range of responsibility encompassing various aspects of business, channels and partnership, your key objectives will be as:

  • Individual Contributor: Manages own markets independently, demonstrating self-reliance and initiative.
  • Managing Partner Markets: Oversees and coordinates activities in markets operated in partnership with other entities.
  • Joint Venture (JV) Marketing: Handles marketing strategies and implementations for joint ventures.
  • Integrating Phygital Experiences: Focuses on merging physical and digital aspects to enhance customer engagement and business operations.
  • Collaborative Relationships: Develops and maintains productive partnerships and joint venture relationships.
  • Strategic Market Management: Overseeing the development and execution of market strategies for both owned and partner markets. This involves understanding local market dynamics, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes to tailor phygital strategies effectively.
  • Partnership Development and Management: Establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with external entities. This includes identifying potential partners, negotiating agreements, and managing ongoing relationships to ensure mutual benefit and alignment with company goals.
  • Joint Venture Phygital Strategy: Collaborating with joint venture partners to develop and implement effective strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of the JV’s objectives, target audience, and market environment to ensure the success of  physical channel initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilizing analytics and insights from both digital and physical channels to make informed decisions. This involves analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and the effectiveness of marketing strategies in both owned and partner markets.
  • Innovation and Trend Monitoring: Keeping abreast of the latest trends and technological advancements in the phygital space. This includes exploring new opportunities for innovation in marketing strategies and customer engagement.
  • Resource Allocation and Budget Management: Managing resources and budgets effectively, especially in the context of partnerships and joint ventures. This involves making strategic decisions on where to allocate funds and resources for maximum impact.
  • Brand Consistency and Messaging: Ensuring that brand messaging and identity are consistently represented across all markets and partnership initiatives. This is crucial for maintaining a cohesive brand image and customer experience.
  • Stakeholder Communication and Reporting: Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, partners, and JV teams. This includes regular reporting on market performance, partnership outcomes, and strategic initiatives.
  • Integration of Phygital Experiences: Innovating and implementing strategies that blend physical and digital customer experiences. This could involve digital enhancements in physical spaces or creating virtual experiences that complement physical products, focusing on enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and Coordination: Working closely with various departments within the organization and with partner or JV entities. This role often requires coordinating efforts across different teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution of strategies.
