Their analysis of this data informs their design decisions and leads to the development of new layouts, content, modules, and functionality, often coupled with A/B testing to ensure peak performance.You will be working closely with senior planners, account managers, and digital marketing specialists across the company and serve as an integral part of the service organization and the company's overall growth.

---Core Job Responsibilities---
- Conduct user behavior research to determine website optimization opportunities
- Brainstorm solutions for proposed website UX updates
- Create and present monthly analysis reports regarding relevant conversion metrics, user behavior trends, and optimization recommendations
- Design, implement, monitor, and report on A/B tests
- Monitor project and A/B test results, analyze key metrics, and report on performance
- Work closely with clients and internal SEO and Paid Media teams to align with client goals
- Work closely with the Web Design/Development team to design and implement website optimizations
---Required Qualifications---
- 2-4 years of experience optimizing website UX
- Proficiency using Google Analytics to research data trends, specifically related to GA goals/conversions
- Demonstrated proficiency in research, analysis, creative thinking, and problem solving
- Experience working in different CMSs, such as WordPress, MODX, Drupal, and Magento
- High attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Good writing and verbal communication skills (including presentation skills)
- Strong analytic skills and ability to relate results to client business objectives
- Proficient at managing projects and able to multi-task, organize, prioritize, and structure workload
- Ability to learn new concepts and techniques quickly
Great if you have:
- Experience with Google Optimize and Hotjar
- Experience with CRMs such as SalesForce, Zoho, and Hubspot
- Proficiency creating website and UX/UI design mockups
- Website development experience using the HTML/CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, PHP, SQL stack
