---Core Job Responsibilities---

Work with clients and team to gather business, user and marketing requirements.
Build project plans based on requirements and all relevant technical considerations.
Transform designs into standards-based code using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Create custom client-side solutions to extend site functionality and enhance user experience.
Design and implement basic custom PHP/MySQL back-end/server-side solutions (scripts + database support) for both internal and client-related projects.
Collaborate with designers and marketers to solve client and user experience problems.
Perform QA checks (style & functionality) on sites prior to deployment.
Research various IT and programming issues to solve problems and stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and methods.
Provides input into development and modification of policies and procedures, and recommends strategies for implementing new and existing policies.
Resolves issues and requests presented by staff.

---Required Qualifications---

3+ years client-side scripting experience.
2+ years server-side scripting experience.
Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in LAMP environment.
Required expereince in CSS, HTML, and jQuery.
Proficient in PHP and SQL.
Demonstrated attention to detail, and strong QA process/skills.
Experience with back-end application development involving API/web services programming.
Preferred experience with ModX and Wordpress.
Must be absolutely trustworthy with customer and business data.
Great “can-do” attitude. Self-motivated, team player.
