What you will be doing:
- Fine tuning our legal contracts with hospital partners to ensure 100% accuracy
- Interfacing with our 3rd party legal team (Cooley, LLP) to define legal requirements and set ramifications
- Lead and manage contract reviews for the Diligent Robotics Sales team
- Become the contract specialist and subject matter expert for the Finance team
