Both the verticals focus on catering fresh produce demands of the B2C e-commerce players (example: Flipkart, Zepto, Instamart,&nbsp;etc,…), and organized Hotels, Caterers, Restaurant chains in Metro/T1 cities.</p><p>This team consists of following departments:</p><p>Key Accounts Management team (KAM)</p><p>Category team</p><p>Procurement team</p><p>Quality and Liquidation team</p><p>Operations team</p><p>Central Ops and control center</p><p>While each team is exclusive for E.commerce and HoReca vertical, the procurement team is the common function responsible for fulfillment of both e.commerce and HoReCa’s demand.</p><p>The Ecommerce team is trying to solve procurement challenges in the B2C space through a joint venture with Flipkart.

In this venture Ninjacart &amp; Flipkart together will cater the consumer demand for F/V in all T1 cities in India. Wherein Ninjacart will be the fulfillment partner and Flipkart will take care of demand generation and Last Mile operations. This team is a mix of Procurement, Operations, and Analytics working together to fulfill the consumers demand.</p><p>The Horeca team is a large and diverse team which is trying to solve the problems in the Food industry ecosystem with a credit based approach.

This growth engine will fuel the next phase of Ninjacart’s journey in cementing its place in the industry as an innovation and execution leader. This is a team which is a mix of Business, Execution, Category, Product, Analytics and brings a mix of speed and innovation to solve tough problem statements.</p><div><br></div><p><strong>Team Management</strong></p><p>Lead, motivate, and support a team to successfully and strategically deliver on goals</p><p>Responsible for mentoring, coaching and developing the team, recognizing strengths and weaknesses</p><p>Create and maintain a team environment of continuous improvement and self-learning with a focus on team efficiency and productivity</p><div><br></div><p><strong>About the role:</strong></p><p>Supply planning &amp; Inventory management&nbsp;– Ensuring 100% fill rate for defined SKUs, identifying sources of supply, monitoring &amp; tracking stocks to ensure low wastage while maintaining optimal supply.</p><p>Operations management&nbsp;- Managing daily collection center operations through a team of executives and distribution partners.

Ensuring the timely dispatch of inventory and pay-outs to the distribution partners.</p><p>Cost Savings&nbsp;– Monitor and track price trends across markets to base sourcing decisions, strategically optimize supply sources to improve margins, identify opportunities to reduce costs across the supply leg.&nbsp;</p><p>Vendor Management&nbsp;– Identifying and on-boarding vendors, price negotiations, monthly/weekly vendor reconciliations, credit cycle management, vendor relationship management, track and monitor vendor scores/ performance &amp; develop ways to improve stickiness with Ninjacart.</p><p>Stakeholder Management&nbsp;– Coordinate across various internal stakeholders effectively –Category, Supply Chain team, Finance &amp; quality with the ability to drive discussions.</p><div><br></div><div><br></div><p><strong>A Ninja is resilient, smart, and ambitious.
