Digital Designer

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online communication through various types of banner design which serve to elevate our user experience to new heights. We host a wide range of market leading brands under the Better Collective umbrella. And you will be working with a multinational team of talented and experienced designers - both digital, graphic, UI and UX. You will be responsible for developing and designing original content and a primary focus on banner design for our wide range of brands, with the purpose of attracting sports fans across the United States!As part of our dedicated and ambitious design team, we also expect you to be an inspiring co-worker who can contribute to the direction of our ongoing projects and to be the kind of person who feels comfortable in an open feedback culture, where we enjoy sharing our work and challenging each other on a professional level.
Your main responsib
ilities
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand user needs, and translate them into stunning banner designs.
Ideate on design solutions based on user feedback, usability testing, and data insights to continuously improve the product experience.
Maintain a consistent design language and ensure visual consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and emerging technologies, bringing innovative ideas to the table.

Our expectations to you
Strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design skills, with a focus on banner design.
High proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite - especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
Knowledge of Figma.
Interested in sports and potentially also betting.
Have knowledge of the US sports market.
Can work independently.
