The retail marketing team at SOUNDBOKS focuses on creating engaging campaigns and strategies to promote the brand's products in retail outlets, in order to drive awareness and sales among target consumers.As the International Retail Marketing Manager at SOUNDBOKS, you will be in charge of implementing the strategy, creative briefing/development and execution of partnerships with major retailers and distributors of sales collateral, instore POS resources, online digital assets and content. You will also act as key relationship holder for ongoing marketing support with major customers including quarterly brand updates and marketing calendar planning, sourcing and developing relationships with local brand and agency partners.Okay, let’s make things a little more concrete.

Here’s what we expect your daily life to look like:


  • You’ll develop and implement POS & trade assets as well as establish, secure and execute trade events.

  • You’ll Implement channel campaigns to expand market share and pursue approved Tactical Plan.

  • You’ll create 360 Go-to-market strategies for new distribution-led markets using insights from previous activities.

  • You’ll hold the ownership of Danish, US and German retail marketing calendars with month-on-month planning across all sales channels.

  • You’ll support with managing local marketing agencies in both the US and Germany, writing clear briefs and developing compelling activations to support the execution of the tactical plans.

  • You’ll work closely with product and corporate marketing teams to support brand development and experiential activities.

  • You’ll change and adjust priorities depending on territories and how these impact channel marketing.

  • You’ll act as the bridge between the Global Sales team and Marketing team and participate in weekly marketing meetings.

  • You’ll be in charge of managing the Academy platform to ensure marketing assets and materials are up-to-date and available for all retail and distribution partners.

  • You’ll support retailer and distributor sales training as required.

  • You sure know your way around retail marketing. You’ve held a similar role before for 3+ years with focus on consumer products within an omni-channel business.

  • You’re able to break down commercial goals into actionable targets, execute on the plan and manage interdependencies with other stakeholders.

  • Your colleagues would describe you as action oriented, solutions focused and results-driven.

  • You’ve always had strong attention to detail and have no trouble (and actually enjoy) ‘getting your hands dirty’.

  • You’re a good collaborator and that also shows in your client/customer management skills.

  • Scale-up environment is no stranger to you, also in the role of promoting brand awareness.

  • You thrive in a small team environment and people consider you a strong team player.


  • You’ve likely worked with agencies and/or brand before.

  • Ideally, you’re a German speaker.
