THE ROLE
As a developer, you will join a skilled international team of 50+ developers, working with colleagues from the UK, Serbia, Denmark and Poland, which are at the moment expanding the circle of programmers.We develop web applications related to sports as ActionNetwork, BettingExpert, HLTV, SmartBets, RotoGrinders, VegasInsider.We work with the Scrum method, where every programmer has the opportunity to develop independent projects and have a real impact on our unique products.
HOW DO WE WORK ?
We work in big cross-functional, multinational teams per product. Each team has dedicated Frontend devs, Backend devs, DevOps QA, PO, and SMWe work in Scrum (1 or 2-week sprints). Each contains meetings for task refinement, sprint planning, sprint review, retrospective and dailyOrganize regular cross-team meetings such as "Backend developers meeting" and "Frontend developers meeting" where we talk about our challenges and set up goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver solutions that are well-engineered, maintainable, and tested consistently and quickly;
- Identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities; compare data from different sources to draw conclusions;
- Observe system performance in your domain and identify emerging problems;
- Quickly assess and resolve production incidents that arise in the components your team is responsible for.

- 2+ years experience in: PHP (Symfony, Laravel ideally), JavaScript (ECMA 6 and newer), NodeJs, TypeScript, SQL. Some Wordpress experience is a plus;
- Fair analytical skills, ability to learn quickly, communicate and work collaboratively in a team environment;
- Strong debugging/troubleshooting skills;
- Passionate about producing clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
Other qualifications:
- Practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum development;
- Experience with AWS Services;
- Experience with MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.
