- Administration of all company SaaS (Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Atlassian Stack, Notion, etc);
- Corporate IT Support - 1st line:
- Providing accesses;
- Troubleshooting simple software/network problems;
- Communicating with SaaS technical support;
- Onboarding / Offboarding processes full cycle, including data migration in services to existing users;
- Purchasing new software, licenses;
- Participating in the implementation of new services;
- Design of the security schemas and group structures in all services;
- Participating in the design and implementation of Asset Management / MDM;
- Working with IT Knowledge Base and designing guides for admins/users.
In this role you’ll need:
- High level of personal responsibility is mandatory;
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace Admin Console;
- Understanding and knowledge of SSO / SAML / SCIM / idP;
- Basic knowledge of ITSM / ITIL / Agile principles;
- Ability to troubleshoot simple network problems;
- Experience with macOS or Windows ( + Server) or Linux ( + Server, deb-based, rpm-based);
- Understanding of corporate security and guiding users with best practices;
- Understanding what corporate culture is and how to communicate with employees properly;
- Ability to work with tasks with insufficient context and get this context from C-level staff and other managers or engineers;
- Ability to work autonomously and be productive in high dynamics environment and make decisions fast and effectively;
- Good verbal and written English skills (B1+).
Nice to have:
- Jira administration experience;
- Asana administration (complex workflows);
- Strong background as System Administrator / IT Support Specialist;
- Understanding of IAC principles;
- Basic knowledge of any scripting language, ability to write simple scripts and automate routine work;
- Experience with audits (SOC2 Type 2, PCI-DSS);
- Knowledge and experience with Asset Management / MDM Systems (Lansweeper, Spiceworks, Freshservice, ServiceNow, Jamf, Kandji, etc).
