We are looking for a skilled, energetic and process-oriented Rewards Manager to ensure that Rewards in Better Collective at all times support our ambitious business objectives. Further this role will play a vital role in delivering high class compensation and benefit strategic support to a global organization in growth.

bout the role
As Group Reward Manager you will join the Group People Center of Excellence team. The Group Center of Excellence constitutes one of the legs in our Group People and Culture Department leading the way in all people related matters across BC.Your key objective will be to ensure that our reward policy and related programs at all times support Better Collectives overall business objectives. You will interact with all parts of the organization working closely together with local HR and managers at all levels to continuously improve, implement and communicate about our reward approach.
Your main responsibilities
BC Group Reward Strategy - continuous development and implementation
Short term incentive programmes
Long term incentive programmes in collaboration with the Management, RemCo and our external Rewards partner.
Ensure reward programs meet local legal requirements.
Annual reward cycles in close collaboration with local HR and Management
Train, support and guide managers across BC’s locations on rewards - in collaboration with local HR
Source relevant data products and develop and maintain data analytics to support reward strategy + ensure emerging trends, issues and best practices are addressed
Ongoing evaluation of reward practices and programmes
Cooperation with BC's Global Benefit broker
Assist in relevant mobility processes

Proven working experience as a Rewards Manager working on a global level
Experience with running LTI programmes
Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Global understanding of compensation and benefits practices and trends.
Good communication and interpersonal skills working with all levels of an organization across different locations acting as a strategic advisor within compensation and benefits
Good at creating overviews and relevant reports
Organized and thriving in working independently in an environment where things move fast and where there are a lot of moving targets at the same time.
Eager to learn and not afraid to ask questions and take on new challenges
