We work in small cross-functional, multinational teams per product and you will be part of the Organic Performance team where everything revolves around SEO with a team of people with different SEO specialties. This role involves a combination of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on technical skills. You will play a crucial role in aligning technical SEO efforts with our broader business objectives.
Your main responsib
ilities
- Lead a team of Technical SEO specialists (2 developers & a Technical SEO analysts)
- Build a roadmap for our tool OPAT where we build scripts to automate our SEO processes
- Guide lots of SEO migrations for the sites that we operate
- Be the spokesperson for Technical SEO questions around JS, Pagespeed and others
- Clearly communicate technical SEO concepts and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Potentially work as an SEO consultant on a site (with a technical setup such as React or Angular)
- Participate in conferences & ensure the organisation is at the forefront of new SEO techniques
- Use a wide number of SEO tools at your disposal to give insights to the different teams to improve the organic visibility

Our expectations to you
Minimum of 3 years of SEO experience
Strong understanding on how Search Engines work
Strong tech knowledge (HTML, JS, CSS, etc…)
Fluent in English
Strong affinity with Technical SEO (development background is not necessary but would be a plus)
Good presentation skills
Experience working with tools such as GA, GSC, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Oncrawl,...
