You'll become a prospecting powerhouse, wielding a diverse arsenal of strategies – ABM, cold calling, social selling, and email outreach – to unearth high-potential leads. Engage with them, understand their pain points, and champion Thoughtful as the perfect solution.

Your Mission


  • Become a master lead generator: Dial in on the “Art of Cold Calling" and Craft compelling messages that spark curiosity and convert prospects into qualified leads for our sales team.
  • Collaborate seamlessly: Fuel the sales engine by providing the team with high-quality leads and ensuring a smooth handoff for successful deal conversions.
  • Sharpen your skills: Embrace continuous learning through ongoing training and mentorship.
  • Be the voice of the customer: Contribute to Thoughtful's growth by generating detailed reports of previous interactions to prepare our Elite sales team for each prospect.

Who We Seek


  • 1+ year of experience in B2B sales.
  • Proficiency in prospecting techniques: Cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Build rapport and champion Thoughtful's value proposition.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented: Maintain a transparent report of all channel communications with your prospects to provide information when transitioning to our Elite Sales team.
