Zero Hash is looking for a highly organized, driven, detail-oriented, proficient, and experienced Virtual Revenue Coordinator and Data Entry & CRM Specialist who functions well in a diverse remote work environment. The assistant will support the Chief of Staff for the Revenue team and should have knowledge of providing high-level executive and administrative support for company leaders to ensure they can efficiently accomplish key tasks and company initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university or institution (graduate of Business Administration or Marketing is a plus but not a requirement)
- At least 2 years experience as an executive assistant or CRM specialist (Salesforce), who directly reports to and supports executives
- A high level of understanding and proficiency in CRM systems, especially Salesforce, is A MUST.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including
- Advanced knowledge of formulas and functions (e.g., SUM, VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, PivotTables)
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., charting, formatting, conditional formatting)
- Ability to build complex models and perform scenario analysis
- Exceptional organization and planning skills: calendar and email management
- Pays serious attention to detail: should be able to complete tasks with the highest regard to excellence and accuracy
- Professional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic multitasking/ ability to handle multiple projects and submit reports on time; should be able to prioritize tasks
- Professional discretion and confidentiality is a must
- Computer and internet savvy: should be great with Google Suite, sales and project management apps, office, and research tools
- Confident in using various online tools (e.g., communication apps, video conferencing software, research tools, etc.)
- Superior at troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Takes initiative, is resourceful, and is always proactive
- Flexibility and adaptability in the dynamic nature of the role and ever-changing needs of executives
- Highest ability to assist in ad hoc projects and initiatives
- Willing and able to work in US Central Time Zone (10pm to 7am Philippine time)
- Has concrete plans of working for a full-time and long-term position
Technical Requirements:
- Internet connection with a speed of at least 30 Mbps
- Backup internet connectivity (A MUST)
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
