Your responsibilities:
- Responsible for on-time and in-full sourcing of both food and non-food related materials
- Assisting Procurement Manager on day-to-day tasks (including but not limited to issuing Purchase Orders, supplier follow-up, entry of invoices and stock count)
- Maintaining good relationships with existing and cultivating new relationships with new suppliers
- Research on comparable products and pricing benchmarks of existing products
- Ensuring ERP system and payment details is up to date and accurate at all times
- Resourceful and won’t take no for an answer
- Sense of urgency!
You are:
- Minimum of 1 year of proven work experience in Procurement or similar role
- F&B industry highly preferred
- High energy and great communication skills
- Proactive and excellent problem-solving skills
- Track record in negotiations and sourcing alternative products
- Comfortable with basic data analysis
- Basic understanding and knowledge of procurement and supply chain
